Kay Kotan is credentialed coach and a serial 25-plus year entrepreneur having successfully started six businesses and sold two. Kotan has the unique ability to be both a big-picture visionary as well as a detailed strategist. She has worked in small businesses, large corporations, and nonprofits.
Michael Scott serves as Pastor of Woods Chapel Church in Blue Springs, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. He has been a pastor since 2014 and serves on the Vision Board for the church, which has three campuses.
Prior to ministry, Michael worked in the commercial construction industry for 20 years, beginning as a laborer and working his way up to Senior Project Manager. Career awards include Project of the Year for the Kauffman (Royals) Stadium Renovation and Project Manager of the Year.
Michael holds a variety of leadership positions in the local community including President of Blue Springs Rotary International, Blue Springs Economic Development Council, Director of Community Improvement District in downtown Blue Springs and Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Michael also serves as a director for 1in6 a national non-profit organization that serves male survivors of sexual abuse.
Michael holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Mid-America Nazarene and has completed 60 hours of graduate seminary courses at St. Paul School of Theology.
