Our Extensive Four-Phase Process:
Evaluate
A guided process to collect and assess all of your assets including tangible, intangible, and things you might never have considered assets that can be leveraged to launch your innovation. Once the collection is completed, the team at Creation Incubator will complete an in depth analysis and provide a detailed report on possibilities on how to leverage your assets.
Activate
In this stage of the process, the innovation decision is made and a financial analysis for viability and sustainability is conducted. If the innovation does not pass the financial sustainability analysis, another innovation is selected and ran through the financial analysis.
Boost
The business plan is created.
Launch
This is the stage where the business is opened, early course corrections are made, and support of the Creation Incubator is in place for the first year of business to ensure a strong start.
